Obscure Sphinx is a Polish music group performing post-metal. Founded in 2008 in Warsaw by the guitarist Bartosz Badacz and the drummer Mateusz “Werbla” Badacz. The debut album of the band Anaesthetic Inhalation Ritual premiered on April 15, 2011. Since then, the band has released a total of three studio albums and regularly plays concerts not only in  Poland, but also abroad. The band’s work is very characteristic thanks to the voice of the vocalist Zofia “Wielebna” Fraś.
